This month we will be reviewing the Kitchenaid Artisan Mixer. This classic kitchen tool is a must-have. Its stylish European design and easy to use controls has made it a staple in kitchens around the world. Use it to beat eggs, mix batter, or in any situation where you previously would have used a hand mixer. With a hefty stable base, you don't need to worry about it tipping or moving while mixing. This automatic mixer allows you to prepare the rest of your recipe while it mixes. The picture below shows the classic red color that we are all familiar with, but it comes in many other beautiful colors. This is one of our FAVORITE kitchen gadgets. |

This month we will be reviewing the OXO fruit peeler. This ergonomic kitchen tool has a non-slip rubber grip and a rotating slicing blade. This tool is really handy for recipes like American Style Apple Pie, Garlic Mashed Potatoes,or any other dish that requires skinned fruits or vegetables. As you can see from our picture below, the styling of the peeler screams "OXO" and the entire grip is made out of a tacky no-slip rubber. This allows for easy peeling of apples, pears, and even tough skinned mangoes, potatoes, and nectarines.
